If today’s five spots are already filled when you book, your reading rolls into the next available recording day. Delivery time depends on your place in the queue.

Your reading will be delivered via a downloadable link sent to your email. Please note that once the video has been downloaded, the access link will automatically expire after a certain period of time.

It is very important that you download and save your reading directly to your device (phone, tablet, or computer) as soon as you receive it so you can access it whenever you’d like.

Due to the way the delivery system is set up, expired links cannot be reactivated, and I am unable to manually control or prevent this from happening.
